I was traveling from Illinois back to Virginia and had the unfortunate, inconvenient, opportunity to stop at this "fast-food restaurant". They had 2 other people in front of me, and they only had one register open. Instead of just taking all the orders for the patrons, cashier rang up each customer one at a time, then started preparing the current customer's order. It took the cashier 13 minutes to finish with the 2 in front of me, all the while there were other employees just standing around chatting with each other. Mind you, by the time I was being served, I had 3 more customers who had showed up and were waiting behind me. They could have easily opened a second register to help but they didn't. All I wanted was a soft drink and a coffee and I had to wait a total 15 minutes. That is not a fast-food restaurant. That was super slow service. To make matters worse multiple selections of fountain drinks were out. One of those employees could have refilled those but apparently standing around and chatting amongst themselves was more important. Thank God I only had to deal with that restaurant one time. If I lived in the area, they would've lost my business permanently.
Seems like every time we have gone in the past few months we have either had to wait in line (drive-thru) a ridiculous amount of time, all or part of our order has been wrong, or both. I will give credit to the manager, whom after bringing this to her attention she apologized and offered a free meal, but needless to say we haven't even wanted to go back to take her up on the offer.
Very clean and appealing atmosphere. Coca-Cola freestyle machine is nice.
Not good tea. Floors were slippery. Burgers had no flavor.
Freezing cold in dining room. Miserable. No organization. Total chaos with employees. Long waits. Really needs management.I suspect that the positive reviews are plants.
