Had my Windows tinted yesterday, great job at a great price.
Really Sloppy job
Really Sloppy tint work.. don't know how else to describe it. For a Detail shop to hand a car
back to a customer dripping wet with soap solution inside and out. The door panels were still dripping(No joke)when we got in the car. then when we got home. I saw the back deck and seats were soaking wet. back deck speakers had soapy water sitting in them. (its called putting down towels) and covering the back seats and rear deck so the whole car wont smell like soap for a week. They could have at least wiped down the door panels. I'm thinking it was the guy who handed my keys back to me that did the tint job on my car BUT maybe he's just the boss who hasn't made sure his workers know what their doing. Its supposed to be a DETAIL SHOP for goodness sake. I Know I should have went right back in and bitched. Lord knows my wife wanted to...But because it was a Christmas gift from my wife to have my windows tinted, I instead of making my wife feel bad for picking this place to take my car, I just said don't worry about it, Its fine, Looks great.
Its Never been done this sloppy before. RULE ONE, for a detail shop..IS Give The Car back to the customer in better shape then when it was dropped off. when my speakers start to rot from being
I took them an extremely dirty car I got as an inheritance and they did a very good job of cleaning the interior and exterior including the trunk. This car was so dirty there was algae and assorted fungi funk growing on it. I'd give them a 5th star but they missed the areas at the top of the trunk lid next to the hinges and the seat belts which were obviously in need of attention.
