Haven't had a bad experience yet. Staff could be a little more knowledgeable but it is a new store. Hopefully they give Auto Zone a run for their money.
I get most of my car parts here, it has low price the staff is friendly and very helpful.
Sales people not knowledgeable! They didn't offer to help find parts! Only reason to return is if Auto Zone dosen't have the parts.
