When I first rented my storage units from Access Storage a year ago (I still have two units rented), I was instructed to visit their kiosk to set up my account. My first impression was that they have the most technologically advanced kiosk I've ever seen! The rental kiosk was the most user-friendly, convenient, intuitive and yet simple customer-to-computer interaction I've ever dealt with, bar none. I've also had to call their customer service folks a few times with questions and I am still in amazement at how friendly, fast and efficient these folks are every time I have called them with no exceptions. Great facilities, absolutely impressive customer service and overall a very very positive experience. Bravo and thank you!!
