i had 10K saved for the down payment?

i applied for a credit card with a $10k limit and got approved from discover card after the farm credit loan was denied, i though maybe something was on my credit report

i applied for a loan with Farm credit and they said no, payments were 107 bucks a month? on a secured loan for 16k on 10 acres.

They were friendly and nice to deal with.
