So, I've tried over the course of FOUR different days trying to reach someone to speak to about this on 6 different occasions to only be put on hold to the point it disconnects me.
When I FINALLY reached someone this morning, she explained she was the only one working, had two customers standing in front of her and she'd have to call me back. Still no response and that was at 10am this morning.
I am a long time customer of Enterprise and I live close to Corydon, HOWEVER I am always made to go to Clarksville or New Albany to pick up a rental. This time, for May I was able to pick up my rental at the Corydon store. It made it so much easier for me because it shaved time and money off getting ready to leave for our trip. The manager here is a fantastic guy, very upbeat and cheery. This was one of the best times I rented a car from Enterprise. I hope this continues at this location.
If I could give them a a half star, I would. They are impossible to get a hold of for customer service. They charged my card the full rental amount when I was told it would only be a $1.00 hold until the car was returned, then the company responsible for paying would be charged. Nope.
Had to wait for car to be cleaned, it smelled and had flies. Had car reserved but they gave it away because I was a few hours later than originally planned.
Used them 1st time 3 years ago and they showed up 30 minutes late. They open at 8 and I was to meet them at 8 to get my rental. They showed up at 8:30. Using them this time I scheduled for them to meet my husband this morning. Just scheduled this yesterday. Spoke to her twice. No one showed up!!
I tried calling again this afternoon and was once again on hold until it disconnected me. Unacceptable customer service just to get their mistake corrected and get my money back.
The only thing I would change is having just a bit more staff. Loved the car. Drove over 1600 miles in it with no issues.
