Absolutely excellent! We have been going to their service department for at least 11years. Always receive fast, reliable service at a good price! We also bought our last car there and totally love it! Greg Davidson in service is fantastic and Brad Montgomery is a great sales person. I love it and totally trust all the employees there!
We goto John Jones for oil changes in our vehicles. First off we received a $5.00 off coupon and the first time or two we were able to use the coupon then they told us we couldn't use them no more even though it says on the coupon for " maintenance of your vehicle". We have had multiple experiences they are supposed to top off fluids when they do your oil change which they never did our window washer fluid so if they don't do that what else don't they do how do you know your even getting a proper oil change. Also they do our oil changes and in doing that they check the air filter. They are the only ones that do our vehicle maintenance and the last time we were in there they let us know we had no air filter...we told them you are the only ones that do our vehicle maintenance and they said their guys wouldn't take out the air filter and not put it back......but someone took out the air filter and never put it back. We have said things to the people in the service department and they act like they don't believe you but someone in the service department servicing the vehicles isn't doing their job....poor service...they have posted that we had service done somewhere else...that is true we had struts put on our vehicle and I have never heard when you have struts put on that they check your air filter......but when you have an oil change they check your air filter also my husband was not offered nothing on a new air filter...no deal....norhing....they offered to put one on if we wanted to pay full price for one so this is not true....also expect a very long wait time... don't make no appointment it don't do you No good.....poor service
Always a great experience and wonderful staff! I have bought several vehicles here and I feel I’m always well taken care of. Family oriented, clean and friendly service, and I look forward to buying from there again.
Not a fan of the service. I went in for the simplest thing, which didn't even involve any work on the vehicle. Still, I made an appointment as advised, because I was told it would take less time. However, I was there for nearly an hour and then, was charged $10 more than the price I was given! I called ahead of time to find out exactly how much the service was and if an appointment was needed. I followed the advisement of staff. This place is just no good. Guess where I will NOT be buying my new SUV in 2018?
I have purchased 4 vehicles from John Jones in the past 3 years, it’s always a great experience from start to finish. Friendly staff, great facilities, and a huge selection of vehicles! I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.
