Very disappointed in the remodel!! Went from 2 drink stations to one. Inside is cold and sterile. With scrappy seating!! Not what I expected. Its worse not better!
Recently remodeled, but still in very sore need of good management. It is nothing unusual to wait 20+ minutes for a simple meal. The staff does a good job of keeping the restaraunt mostly clean...but that's as far as any praise can go. Rude employees, cold food, incorrect orders, long waits, the whole works.
ALWAYS screwed up orders, not just once in awhile as you might expect! As an example, this morning was a sausage egg biscuit-without the sausage! Doesn't matter if there's a short line or a long one. The management needs to spend more time up front paying attention to what's going on. Maybe the owner might want to visit their stores once in awhile. We, as customers, are DONE with this McDonald's!
They redid the place. The drive thru menu is awful. There is always an issue with the food. Don't have what you want or the food is wrong. Rude service. Think I'll stay with Salem. Family friendly and good food.
Waited15 minutes for a Big Mac, fries, and drink. They were out of sweet tea. A long line, but only1person taking orders, and no food coming out. Friends of the employees got their order filled right away though. I didn't know I had to take whatever drink cup I preferred, but such an imposition to ask! Don't expect to see me here again.
